A modern brassiere for the new world, an aesthetic that combines the beauty of traditional brasseries in a modern and evocative way while retaining warmth and glow.
Jeremy and Shayne have collaborated for over 12 years. Creating some of London’s most beautiful and esteemed all day dining brasseries. These brasseries in the past have been steeped in old world glamour inspired by the turn of the 20th century. When they collaborate, they are always inspired by the architecture of the building itself. Key to this vision was creating a new world brasserie set firmly in the modern day whilst still retaining the warmth and glamour of traditional brasserie aesthetic.
Tones of honey that evolve into sweet caramel throughout the day to create a space that feels fresh by morning yet intimate and sexy by night was the foundation stone of this design. Key to the vision was the locale with the breath-taking views and its adjacency to Hyde Park, the design was to compliment the organic and soft forms as seen in nature while also being inspired by the new architecture of the façade itself.
